Servus Credit Union Interior Improvement was integrated into the construction of the base build. SRC managed separate contracts and Prime contractor obligations throughout the project.
The Norland required a strategic addition and renovation to their existing facility. The intent of the project was to construct a large ballroom that appeared to be original.
The project was a complete success.
Silver Ridge Construction was selected as the Design Build Contractor got the New Trace Associates building located in W.T. Hill in Lethbridge Alberta.
Responsibilities included design, deep and shallow services, site work and turn key construction of the building and interior. Trace was clear with their design intent. They wanted a energy efficient building with allowance for a second floor over the garage and future solar panels. The result was a beautiful building with a creative foundation plan, triple paned windows, zoned HVAC, large clear story windows, and DIRTT walls as interior partition walls.

There was a requirement for additional offices, a larger board room, staff room and a more welcoming office environment. The intent of the design was to construct a building that appeared to be in place for many years, and gives confidence that it will be in place for many years to come. The office portion of the building is constructed of precast concrete panels with brick stamps in them. The shop is constructed of wood.
SRC is proud to be the General Contractor for BCB Engineering's new Office.
Located in WT Hill, BCB is a 2 story office building that will be built of structural steel. The exterior features a large 23 foot high glass curtain wall, a mix of exterior materials including, acrylic EFIS stucco, vertical steel cladding, and exterior metal panels.
KB Heating has been working closely with Silver Ridge Construction for many years. We were honored to be the selected General contractor for the construction of their new office and shop.
KB Heating was a design build where attention was paid the issues that they had at their existing shop. The result was a combination of wood framed and pre-engineered steel construction. Wood framed was used for the single story reception, office, and board room area. and the pre-engineered steel portion is for production, manufacturing and vehicle maintenance.
The pre-engineered section of the building features a mezzanine staff room, custom size overhead doors, and LED lighting that met the require temperature, lumin output and Color rendering that they required.
Fox Dental has been serving Lethbridge and Area since 1922. This is a strategic move to WT hill to increase their unit size and improve their location so they can serve their customers better.
Fox Dental will be occupying one of the three units in this building. Other Tenants include, Grayne and Co., and Work and Play.
Farm Credit Canada is a 11,500 sqft office building.
Exterior is a mixture of Aluminum composite Panels, longboard siding and corrugated steel. This project included all services and site work.
Eye Appeal is located in a Sherwood Developments building located in West Lethbridge. The customer as well as their Designer wanted a bright, warm and open space that also allowed for privacy. All millwork throughout is custom, allowing for inserts designed to hold the glasses correctly. The millwork also features kick plate lighting, wood slab tops, stainless pulls and modern boxes.
Eye appeal has 3 large exam rooms with custom mill work and a beautiful waiting area.
Scotia Bank Lethbridge Financial Centre is a 19,000 sq. ft., 2 story office building located in downtown Lethbridge. There are 32 offices and 5 board rooms.
The main floor offers personal and daily banking services, the Second floor features Business Banking and Wealth Management services. There are different finishes for each division, some include walnut doors, casing and millwork, 11 foot glass partition walls, carpet tile, and ceramic tile. The exterior features Canadian quarried tyndall stone, brick and aluminum composite panels.
South Center Common included all site work, base builds for 3 large buildings and one bank and the fit up for a bank, doctors office, and restaurant. There were many different design elements that had to be considered for both the resteraunt and bank.
Davis GMC is one of Lethbridge’s largest automotive dealers. Davis remained fully operation for the duration of the project. This required Silver Ridge to carefully phase the project and work closely with the customer to ensure that their daily needs were met. Davis features a beautiful addition to their show room, large welcoming entrance and a modern aluminum composite panel exterior.
This detached single storey Chiropractic clinic fulfilled the client’s desire for an efficient building layout and an architecture that resembled the architectural style of many buildings found in Canmore, AB. Many design iterations were provided in order to meet budgetary requirements and to maximise the site potential.
Enchanted designs was in need of a new functional space that accommodated their production, storage, office and retail needs.
The solution was a space that included a fenced in yard in an emerging commercial division in North Lethbridge. There are 2 levels, with the lower level containing production facilities, and sales floors and the upper level containing mechanical, and office spaces.
