Heritage Station is a 2 story professional building located in West Lethbridge. This is the first building of it's type in west lethbridge.
Tenants include insurance companies, dentist, and an optical studio.
The building features extensive exterior lighting, large open stairwells, elevators and a 3 inch concrete topped floor on the second floor. Aesthetics were considered from both the front and rear of the building.
Fox Dental has been serving Lethbridge and Area since 1922. This is a strategic move to WT hill to increase their unit size and improve their location so they can serve their customers better.
Fox Dental will be occupying one of the three units in this building. Other Tenants include, Grayne and Co., and Work and Play.
Retail plaza located in Cochrane Alberta. The site consists of 3 buildings totalling 22,800 sq. ft.
The buildings will allow for a maximum of 8 Commercial Retail units and 1 Restaurant.
It will be built of wood frame and feature 2 sided access.
Eye Appeal is located in a Sherwood Developments building located in West Lethbridge. The customer as well as their Designer wanted a bright, warm and open space that also allowed for privacy. All millwork throughout is custom, allowing for inserts designed to hold the glasses correctly. The millwork also features kick plate lighting, wood slab tops, stainless pulls and modern boxes.
Eye appeal has 3 large exam rooms with custom mill work and a beautiful waiting area.
Scotia Bank Lethbridge Financial Centre is a 19,000 sq. ft., 2 story office building located in downtown Lethbridge. There are 32 offices and 5 board rooms.
The main floor offers personal and daily banking services, the Second floor features Business Banking and Wealth Management services. There are different finishes for each division, some include walnut doors, casing and millwork, 11 foot glass partition walls, carpet tile, and ceramic tile. The exterior features Canadian quarried tyndall stone, brick and aluminum composite panels.
Chinook Co-op features a 16 pump gas station, automated car wash, convenience store and a liquor store. There was a significant amount of site work that went into this project to accommodate the large diesel and gasoline holding tanks. The project required some large pieces of structural steel for the gas bar.
The car wash is built of block and features a fully automated car wash system.
Home Hardware consists 32,000 Sq. Ft. of show room and 17,000 Sq. Ft. of warehouse.
Building is constructed out of structural steel and wood frame.
There is a central clear story that allows natural light into the showroom.
South Center Common included all site work, base builds for 3 large buildings and one bank and the fit up for a bank, doctors office, and restaurant. There were many different design elements that had to be considered for both the resteraunt and bank.
Davis GMC is one of Lethbridge’s largest automotive dealers. Davis remained fully operation for the duration of the project. This required Silver Ridge to carefully phase the project and work closely with the customer to ensure that their daily needs were met. Davis features a beautiful addition to their show room, large welcoming entrance and a modern aluminum composite panel exterior.
Enchanted designs was in need of a new functional space that accommodated their production, storage, office and retail needs.
The solution was a space that included a fenced in yard in an emerging commercial division in North Lethbridge. There are 2 levels, with the lower level containing production facilities, and sales floors and the upper level containing mechanical, and office spaces.
Servus credit Union is Alberta's largest credit union. This was the third Servus branch in Lethbridge and serves north Lethbridge and the business Park. Silver Ridge worked closely with Servus to ensure that the needs of a corporate office were met. Ensuring things like color, tile and other specifics are key to allow for consistency from branch to branch. Critical factors to success included, organizing work closely with commercial Safe subtrade, ensuring that confidentiality of construction was adhered to.
Jiffy Lube is located in North Lethbridge.
Although it is a small building there was a significant amount of site work that had to be completed. Employees access the undercarriage of vehicles through trenches that are under grade. Jiffy lube is an attractive block building featuring 6 large overhead doors and a small office space.
