Located on a corner lot in WT Hill, this office building needed to be a showcase piece for the City of Lethbridge. It is a beautiful 2 story building comprised of a precast concrete office section and a wood framed warehouse.
The intent of the project was to design and construct a building that looked like it had been present for many years, and will still be standing for many years to come. It is an opportunity to test new construction methods and test new materials.

Located in WT Hill, BCB is a 2 story office building that will be built of structural steel. The exterior features a large 23 foot high glass curtain wall, a mix of exterior materials including, acrylic EFIS stucco, vertical steel cladding, and exterior metal panels.

Fox Dental has been serving Lethbridge and Area since 1922. This is a strategic move to WT hill to increase their unit size and improve their location so they can serve their customers better.
Fox Dental will be occupying one of the three units in this building. Other Tenants include, Grayne and Co., and Work and Play.
Trace Associates are building and moving their offices to 557 WT Hill BLVD S. Their new space will consist of 13 offices taking up 3,885 sq. ft. and a large garage that will be 1,092 sq. ft..
Farm Credit Canada is a 11,500 sqft office building.
Exterior is a mixture of Aluminum composite Panels, longboard siding and corrugated steel. This project included all services and site work.
Eye Appeal is located in a Sherwood Developments building located in West Lethbridge. The customer as well as their Designer wanted a bright, warm and open space that also allowed for privacy. All millwork throughout is custom, allowing for inserts designed to hold the glasses correctly. The millwork also features kick plate lighting, wood slab tops, stainless pulls and modern boxes.
Eye appeal has 3 large exam rooms with custom mill work and a beautiful waiting area.
Scotia Bank Lethbridge Financial Centre is a 19,000 sq. ft., 2 story office building located in downtown Lethbridge. There are 32 offices and 5 board rooms.
The main floor offers personal and daily banking services, the Second floor features Business Banking and Wealth Management services. There are different finishes for each division, some include walnut doors, casing and millwork, 11 foot glass partition walls, carpet tile, and ceramic tile. The exterior features Canadian quarried tyndall stone, brick and aluminum composite panels.
South Center Common included all site work, base builds for 3 large buildings and one bank and the fit up for a bank, doctors office, and restaurant. There were many different design elements that had to be considered for both the resteraunt and bank.
Davis GMC is one of Lethbridge’s largest automotive dealers. Davis remained fully operation for the duration of the project. This required Silver Ridge to carefully phase the project and work closely with the customer to ensure that their daily needs were met. Davis features a beautiful addition to their show room, large welcoming entrance and a modern aluminum composite panel exterior.
Sport and Spine Physiotherapy is a modern flexible Tenant improvement. There are 4 clinic rooms that can be opened to form 2 larger rooms. This helps accommodate the needs of their clients. SPort and Spine also features
This detached single storey Chiropractic clinic fulfilled the client’s desire for an efficient building layout and an architecture that resembled the architectural style of many buildings found in Canmore, AB. Many design iterations were provided in order to meet budgetary requirements and to maximise the site potential.
Enchanted designs was in need of a new functional space that accommodated their production, storage, office and retail needs.
The solution was a space that included a fenced in yard in an emerging commercial division in North Lethbridge. There are 2 levels, with the lower level containing production facilities, and sales floors and the upper level containing mechanical, and office spaces.
